About
Vincent Gambini: Close-up
A unique magic performance on headphones, for one spectator at a time.
Advance tickets fully booked. Limited walk-up slots, subject to availability.
Inside a Brighton café, surrounded by unsuspecting customers, you are invited to sit at a table and watch a 10-minute performance. In front of your very eyes, playing cards transform inexplicably and sugar cubes vanish without a trace.
Combining expert sleight-of-hand magic with the dreamlike nature of cinema, Close-up invites you to briefly reimagine everyday life as an uncanny illusion.
Vincent Gambini is an award-winning magician and theatre artist. Previous performances include This is not a magic show, The Chore of Enchantment, and the film The Disappearing of Vincent Gambini made with Hugo Glendinning.
Please note, this event takes place offsite at Mac’s café, 30 Arundel Road, Brighton BN2. View on Google Maps.
